How do I Order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

How will I know if my Order is Confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received.

How long will it take to Accept my Order?

Once you place your order, please allow 5-7 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 10-15 business days for delivery in the United States, and 14-20 business days for international orders.

How do I Return an Term?

If you are not happy with your buying and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

What if the Items I Receive are Faulty/Damaged?
